AGGRESSOR is a completely new pimple-out development. Its outstanding playing characteristics are predominantly based on 2 particularities: To start with AGGRESSOR comes with a completely new pimple geometry. The pimples are just as long as those of long pimple rubbers thus producing considerable disruptive effect while blocking, counter-attacking and straight hitting. At the same time the ball is being “slowed down” for all passive strokes. This comes in very handy for blocking but also for service returning. Its second distinctive feature is the rubber formula used. It is similar to the one used for our short pimple rubbers KILLER and KILLER PRO however we have slightly altered it to fit the requirements of longer pimples. This results in a rubber that is easy to control and producing good disruptive effect throughout the game. Also it can be used for a variety of attacking shots such as counter-attacking, lifting and straight hitting. AGGRESSOR: The new disruptive pimple-out alternative
We have managed to further enhance the effectiveness of Anti-Spin rubbers while blocking close to the table with our new Anti-Spin rubber BISON. In that regard the rubber is just as effective as the old friction less long pimples since excellent spin reversal can be achieved especially while blocking against topspin shots with a lot of rotation. Its very low speed also brings back memories from the good old times: BISON sets a new standard in the field of completely friction less Anti-Spin rubbers on account of its ability to return the ball very short over the net. BISON can be used both on classic “combination” blades as well as on fast and stiff offensive blades thanks to the absorption power of its dampening sponge that will literally “kill” the speed of the oncoming ball. Even so-called “power loops” (high speed, little spin) can be returned without difficulty. All in all BISON is easy to handle and provides both great control and maximum spin reversal even on fast blades. Dr. Neubauer BISON: The new benchmark for blocking close to the table
The perfect Anti-Spin combination between spin reversal and control BUFFALO provides highly interesting playing characteristics thanks to a completely new rubber composition. A long and tedious development program finally enabled us to combine the strong points of all our existing Anti-Spin rubbers. This results in an exciting new rubber that will set a new benchmark both for control and disruptive effect. BUFFALO produces excellent spin reversal while blocking against topspin shots with a lot of rotation thanks to its completely friction less surface. Also control was decisively enhanced to ensure safe and disruptive blocking close to the table. In that regard BUFFALO can be considered as an alternative to our old friction less long pimple rubbers especially as far as spin reversal is concerned. Furthermore BUFFALO enables to produce deceptive attacking shots. The most effective technique is aggressive pushing on chopped balls but counter-attacking against float balls will also put pressure on your opponent. All in all BUFFALO is a fantastic weapon for blocking close to the table – try it out! Available with dampening sponge with the following thickness: 1.2, 1.5 and 1.8 mm The version with 1.8 mm is the slowest, while 1.2 mm will produce the best spin reversal. The 1.5 mm sponge version is a very good compromise.
The new alternative for a disruptive game close to the table DESPERADO 2 is our latest development for a disruptive blocking game close to the table using long pimples. Since the new plastic ball comes with less spin it has become even more important to produce a consistent and effective blocking game against fast topspin balls that have little rotation. DESPERADO 2 will enable you to keep the ball low while blocking. Especially chopblocking will give a ball that literally “dives” on the other side of the table. The plastic ball requires an active type of game with long pimples. DESPERADO 2 is a good match since it can be used easily for aggressive pushing and also slow counter-attacking. The rubber also allows for flicking over the table such as for service returning in order to put pressure on the opponent right away. DESPERADO 2 is highly effective for blocking close to the table and it is fun to play, try it out!
DIAMANT: The allround rubber with disruptive effect Dr Neubauer DIAMANT is a new half-long pimpled rubber. It offers very good control for service returning, blocking, attacking and defending, thanks to its very soft pimples. DIAMANT comes with a sponge that has been especially developed for it This rubber produces a disruptive effect in particular while blocking and straight hitting since the ball is hit very flat and tends to stay low after the bounce. With a 1.5, 1.8 and 2.1 mm sponge, DIAMANT enables you to produce a dynamic attacking game, putting pressure on your opponent with counter-attacking, lifting and smashing. DIAMANT is particularly effective for attacking against chopped balls: Any backspin can be lifted very easily and smashed violently for direct winner points. With a thin sponge (1.2 mm) the rubber offers even more disruptive effect when playing close to the table. Dr Neubauer DIAMANT: a multipurpose weapon with very good control and disruptive effect. DIAMANT is – not – affected by the ITTF ban of frictionless long pimples. This rubber will remain homologated for the period starting 01 July 2008, you may use it for any tournament or championship match.
FIGHTER is another technological improvement in the field of long pimple rubbers with friction. Its innovative rubber composition provides excellent control both while playing close to the table and for classical defence. FIGHTER also offers very good attacking possibilities through aggressive pushing and counter-attacking at the table. This new formula enables effective blocking with disruptive effect through both passive and aggressive blocking as well as dangerous chop-blocking close to the table. On top of this a highly deceptive variation of chop and float balls can be produced while defending. FIGHTER shall be available with the following sponge thickness choice: – OX (no sponge): Aggressive game with disruptive effect – 1.2mm (dampening sponge): The slow sponge offers a very good control and makes the ball bounce very low
GANGSTER is a new long pimple rubber that provides added value in a variety of fields. GANGSTER was developed 100% for use with the new plastic ball. The rubber enables to produce an effective blocking game close to the table, both while blocking passively and while chop-blocking. All standard attacking strokes with long pimples can be performed easily, even for less experienced players. GANGSTER mostly excels through its great control at all levels, this holds true for service returning, pushing over the table and even blocking against fast topspin shots. GANGSTER: A highly interesting alternative for all close to the table long pips players!
GORILLA comes with a slow dampening sponge with much better control. This combination offers remarkable playing characteristics: It also produces a very good spin reversal while blocking on topspin balls with a lot of rotation. The version with 1.8 mm sponge is yet again the slowest and thus the most effective for short blocking close to the table. The versions with 1.2 and 1.5 mm also produce a decisive disruptive effect while blocking however they offer even better attacking possibilities through aggressive pushing and lifting.
The new rubber K.O. comes in addition to our half-long pimple rubber AGGRESSOR which we launched 2016. While AGGRESSOR is most effective while playing actively (active blocking, counter-attacking, hitting) the new K.O. also produces a distinctive disruptive effect with low bounce while blocking passively. Also K.O. provides great control, including and especially for service returning and pushing over the table. This makes K.O. a very effective half-long pimple rubber with great control.
KILLER is an astonishing new development among offensive pimple-out rubbers. Actually it is a combination of short and medium pimpled rubbers that merges the best characteristics from both rubber types: KILLER provides very good attacking possibilities and is thus an outstanding choice for a modern pimple-out game close to the table. The rubber fulfills all necessary requirements for fast counter-attacking and strong hitting. The decisive factor is the disruptive effect obtained. The rubber is more disruptive than most other short pimple rubbers and produces a very low bounce. Control is excellent and enables the player to “feel” the ball at all times. All in all KILLER is hardly sensitive at all to oncoming rotation. With thin sponge (1.5mm) the rubber even enables to produce drop shots and chop-blocking against topspin. The rubber can also be used for a modern chopping and attacking game with great control. This makes KILLER a “must-have” for most short and halflong pimple players!
This new (additional) version of our worldwide best-seller KILLER comes with the same topsheet however it is laminated with a revolutionary new sponge. This harder combination enables to keep the disruptive effect obtained through blocking, counter-attacking and hitting while reaching higher speed. KILLER PRO produces a low bouncing ball that somewhat ‘skids’ over the surface of the table This makes KILLER PRO a great weapon for the aggressive game with short pimples!
This short pimpled rubber will be a real challenge for your opponents. Blocking on topspin or smash will produce very disturbing returns, the ball tends to go down and wobbles. It is a supreme weapon for blocking, counter-attacking and hitting in both 1.5 and 2.0mm versions. The rubber provides a very good control for all blocking and attacking strokes. With 1.0mm sponge underneath LEOPARD enables safe and effective chopping as well as occasional attacking.
Just like our existing Anti-Spin rubbers BISON and BUFFALO, the new RHINO also produces excellent spin reversal. The rubber enables very short blocking, even on a fast blade and also against fast topspin shots. Most of all control could be raised to an even higher level thanks to a new rubber formula. It has become easier to find the right angle for the bat. Dr.Neubauer RHINO produces great spin reversal, slows down the ball massively and provides very good feeling for the ball, try it out!
New rubber VIPER is a major step forward for all long pimple players blocking close to the table. Its completely new rubber formula provides very good control so that even fast topspin shots can be handled quite easily. Its pimples are soft and help dampening the speed of the ball. However the main characteristic of this long pimple rubber is the low bounce it produces while blocking. Both passive blocking and chop-blocking provide a disruptive effect that will cause problems to your opponent. This makes VIPER a highly interesting development in the field of long pimple rubbers with friction. All standard attacking techniques with long pimples can be performed quite easily.
