Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

• Photos of the damaged or defective item
• Unboxing video (if possible)

We will assess the issue and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement if the damage is validated.
