My experience

📌 My Recent Experience with TableTennisBazaar.com — Sharing for Awareness
I generally support Indian online sellers, and I was happy to order from TableTennisBazaar.com recently. They initially assisted well and they did deliver the product in the end — so this post is not to damage their business or reputation.

However, what happened after I made payment was extremely troubling, and I feel responsible to share so others can be aware.

🔹 What Went Wrong

I placed an order with: ✔ Rubbers (₹7,000 paid online) ✔ A Blade (planned to buy through EMI) ✔ Free racket assembly (as assured)

After the payment was done, the EMI option suddenly disappeared.
I got stressed because my decision was based on EMI being available.

When I requested cancellation or refund — since the order wasn’t even processed — things escalated shockingly.

🔹 Verbal Abuse & Threats

The WhatsApp representative began speaking very rudely and threateningly:

❌ “Don’t talk nonsense.”
❌ “You should have read the policy before ordering.”
❌ “I do crores in business — your ₹7,000 is nothing.”
❌ “Keep quiet and listen.”
❌ “You are not GOD to tell me what to do.”
❌ “If you say one more thing, I won’t send your product or refund. Do whatever you want.”

I genuinely felt humiliated and mentally pressured.
I even apologized just to stop the arguments — despite being a paying customer.

🔹 A Very Unsafe Request

During the chat, he also asked me to send my physical credit card so he could swipe it on his side for EMI conversion.

💥 This is extremely dangerous and unethical.
No customer should ever be asked to hand over their card.

🔹 Why I Am Sharing This

I am thankful they eventually delivered the product.
I do not want to harm their business.
I just want them to understand:

✔ Customers deserve respect
✔ Threats and insults are unacceptable
✔ Safe business practices are mandatory

No one should: – fear losing their money
– feel forced to stay silent
– be disrespected for asking a valid question

Every business grows with humility, not hostility.
