I bought Joola Spartan before and sold it again because it is too fast and stiff for me, and i decided to buy this blade because of its inner carbon and Limba outer ply. I did not regret it one bit and happy on the performance. Big sweet spot and the inner carbon tamed down the reaction of the blade which makes it easier to control and handle on short pushes unlike Tezzo Spartan. Smash, top spin and loop are all possible and easy with the blade. The blade is fast, faster than Butterfly Viscaria, maybe on a little bit stiff side, but 100% manageable for a normal fit amateur or intermediate players. I'm surprised that even though it has Limba on the outer ply which is a soft wood, it feels like a Koto wood. The acoustic sound on hitting the ball is high, meaning it is not soft, which is surprising for me...... Not recommended for beginners though.

To conclude, this blade will outperform every blade at this price range in terms of speed and control. 100 recommended for amateur+ and intermediate TT players.
